Πληγή και σκληρό δέρμα μετά από περιτομή: είναι φυσιολογικό;

Έκανα περιτομή πριν 4 εβδομάδες. Υπάρχει σε ένα σημείο μια πληγή σε σχήμα τρύπας η οποία έχει άσπρο χρώμα. Επίσης στο ίδιο σημείο παραπλεύρως, το δέρμα είναι σκληρό. Είναι φυσιολογικό? Ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων.
