Προβλήματα στυτικής λειτουργίας και πόνος μετά από μερική περιτομή - Ανησυχία για χαμηλό φολικό οξύ

Καλησπέρα, έχω υποβληθεί στην επέμβαση της περιτομής περίπου 1 χρόνο τώρα. Πρώτον η βάλανος δεν αποκαλύπτεται ακόμα πλήρως όταν δεν υπάρχει στύση. Είναι ανησυχητικό αυτό; Ή απλά υποβλήθηκα σε μερική περιτομή. Δεύτερον έχω προβλήματα στυτικής λειτουργίας καθώς υπάρχει και κάποιος πόνος κυρίως κάτω από το κεφάλι στα πλάγια ειδικά αν έχω πολύ ώρα να έρθω σε στύση και η βάλανος μείνει προστατευμένη μέσα στο δέρμα. Υπάρχει θέμα με την περιτομή; Τέλος θα ήθελα να τονίσω ότι τα επίπεδα φολικού οξέως στις τελευταίες εξετάσεις αίματος ήταν αρκετά χαμηλά και θα ήθελα να ρωτήσω μήπως ευθύνεται αυτό για την στυτική λειτουργία.
