Τι σημαίνουν τα ευρήματα στο τεστ Παπανικολάου με κοκκοβακτηρίδια?
Το τεστ Παπανικολάου έδειξε ότι έχω πλακωδη επιθηλιακά κύτταρα σπάνια από την επιπολής πολλά από τη διάμεση και αρκετά από την παραβασικη στοιβάδα λίγα εκ των οποίων με αντιδραστικές και πολλά με εκφυλιστικές αλλοιώσεις.Απο τον ενδοτραχηλο ανευρίσκονται λίγα αδενικα κύτταρα σε ομάδες και μεμονωμένα κυρίως με πλακώδεις μετά πλαστικούς χαρακτήρες.Στο υπόστρωμα διακρίνονται λίγα πολύμορφοπυρηνα και αρκετά ερυθρά.Λιγα κοκκοβακτηριδια.Νεοπλασματικα κύτταρα δεν ανευρίσκονται.Ας μου πει κάποιος τι είναι όλα αυτά.Ας σημειωθεί ότι έχω πολλά ινωμυωματα έως 1,50 εκατοστά.Εδω και πάνω από 20 χρόνια,τα οποία κάθε χρόνο παρακολουθώ.Τι είναι τα κοκκονακτηριδια?
