Κάθε πότε πρέπει μια γυναίκα να κάνει τεστ Παπ ανάλογα με την ηλικία;

Η απάντηση διαφέρει ανάλογα με τα υγειονομικά πρωτόκολλα των διαφόρων κρατών. Στην Ελλάδα από 20 έως 30 εφόσον το τεστ Παπ είναι υγρής φάσης (thinprep), συνιστάται μια φορά ανά 3ετία, ενώ μετά τα 30, κάνουμε co testing (thinprep + hpv pcr η hpv mrna) μία φορά ανά 5ετία. Αυτά είναι τα πρωτόκολλα της ελληνικής μαιευτικής γυναικολογικής εταιρείας. Στον ιδιωτικό τομέα και δεδομένου του χαμηλού κόστους για τα ευρωπαϊκά δεδομένα, κάνουμε τεστ Παπ (thinprep) ετησίως και συμπληρωματικά hpv pcr ή hov mrna test, μία φορά ανά 5ετία μετά τα 30 και έως τα 65. Στα 65 σταματάμε τον έλεγχο υπό προϋποθέσεις.
