Τι σημαίνουν τα άτυπα πλακώδη κύτταρα ASCUS στο τεστ Παπ μετά από καρκίνο μαστού;
Καλημερα. Ειμαι 42 ετων και πριν απο 11 χρονια ειχα κανει ενα τεστ παπ στο οποιο μου ειχαν βρει λιγα ατυπα μεταπλασματικα κυτταρα (χωρις κακοηθεια) και αρκετα φλεγμονωδη στοιχεια. Τοτε μου ειχαν πει να μην ανησυχω. Οντως τα επομενα τεστ βγαινανε καθαρα. Πριν λιγο καιρο εκανα ξανα τεστ παπ και μου βρηκαν ξανα ατυπα πλακωδη κυτταρα Αscus αλλα το τεστ ηταν αρνητικο για κακοηθεια. Τι μπορει να ειναι? Ο γιατρος μου ειπε να κανουμε ενα hpv test και βλεπουμε. Εγω ομως ανησυχω απιστευτα. Επειδη εχω περασει καρκινο μαστου (περιπου πριν απο 5ετια που ευτυχως τωρα ειναι ολα σε υφεση, ουσιαστικα ειμαι καθαρη εδω και 5 χρονια), οταν βλεπω σε διαγνωση "μη φυσιολογικα κυτταρα" πεθαινω. Τι μπορει να εχω? Ψαχνω στο ιντερνετ και με αυτα που διαβαζω κοντευω να τρελαθω.
