Ανησυχία για δυσκεράτωση στο τεστ ΠΑΠ και εγκυρότητα DNA HPV τεστ
Καλησπέρα, είμαι 50 χρονών και το τεστ ΠΑΠ μου είναι το εξής: Η κυτταρολογική εξέταση κολποτραχηλικών επιχρισμάτων, έδειξε σε έδαφος μικτής χλωρίδας, παραβασικά πλακώδη κύτταρα, φλεγμονώδη στοιχεία, δυσκεράτωση και σπάνια αδενικά κύτταρα εκ του ενδοτραχήλου. ΣΥΜΠΕΡΑΣΜΑ! Αλλοιώσεις κολπίτιδας- εξωτραχηλίτιδας με συνοδό δυσκεράτωση. Συνίσταται μικροβιολογικός έλεγχος θεραπεία και επανέλεγχος σε έξι μήνες. Κακοήθη κύτταρα δεν παρατηρήθηκαν στο εξετασθέν υλικό. Μετά από ένα μήνα από τη λήψη TEST PAP έκανα TEST dna HPV το οποίο βγήκε αρνητικό για όλους τους τύπους. Επειδή ανησυχώ και φοβάμαι πάρα πολύ λόγω της δυσκεράτωσης, μπορείτε να μου πείτε τη γνώμη σας; Και αν το εξετασθέν υλικό του TEST DNA hpv είναι έγκυρο λόγω του ότι έγινε ένα μήνα μετά από το test pap; Να σημειωθεί ότι 3 μήνες πριν το ΤΕΣΤ ΠΑΠ είχα κάνει και καλλιέργεια κολπικού υγρού το οποίο ήταν καθαρό, μόνο η χλωρίδα ήταν φτωχή.
