Τι να κάνω για φαγούρα και κοκκινίλα στην ευαίσθητη περιοχή 2.5 ετών;

Γειά σας. Η κόρη μου είναι 2.5 ετών έχει έντονη φαγούρα ή πόνος δεν ξέρω ακριβώς στην ευαίσθητη περιοχή εξωτερικά αλλά την βλέπω που είναι έχει κοκκινίσει την είδε παιδίατρος μάς είπε να κάνουμε καλλιέργεια ούρων βγήκε καθαρή το παιδί όμως είναι το ίδιο πολλά κλάματα, μήπως να μου πείτε να βάζω κάτι κρέμα για να την βοηθήσει ή τι άλλο πρέπει να κάνω.
