Πρήξιμο αστραγάλων από zyloric μετά μεταμόσχευση νεφρού;
Έχω κάνει μεταμόσχευση νεφρού είμαι σε ανοσοκαταστολή με νεοράλ, κορτιζόνη και myfortic. Έπαθα ουρική αρθρίτιδα στο δάχτυλο (με τιμή ουρικού οξέος 6.2) και εδώ και σχεδόν 1.5 μήνα παίρνω zyloric 100 mg. 20 μέρες μετά που το ξεκίνησα πρήζονται τα πόδια μου, ειδικά στον αστράγαλο. Έχω αρκετό καιρό να δω τα πόδια μου πρησμένα. Κάνω ελάχιστη κατακράτηση υγρών. Δεν δικαιολογείται τόσο πρήξιμο. Μπορεί να είναι παρενέργεια το πρήξιμο στους αστραγάλους του zyloric; Ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων.
