Φαρμακευτική αγωγή με ζυλαπούρ για ουρική αρθρίτιδα σε ηλικία 42 ετών;

Καλησπέρα σας. Είμαι 42 ετών και έχω αυξημένο ουρικό οξύ τουλάχιστον τα τελευταία 12 χρόνια. Τιμές πάνω από 7. Είχα πρόσφατα 2 κρίσεις αρθρίτιδας στον αστράγαλο πιθανότατα ουρικής. Χρειάζεται φαρμακευτική αγωγή με ζυλαπούρ μετά την κρίση και αν ναι σε τι δοσολογία?
