Είναι φυσιολογικό να έχω 1,45 κρεατινίνη και 7,3 ουρικό οξύ μετά από νεφρεκτομή;
Έχω κάνει νεφρεκτομή πριν 3 μήνες. Εχθές πήρα τις εξετάσεις και έχω 1,45 κρεατινίνη (φ.τ 1,35) και ουρικό οξύ 7,3 (φ.τ 7). Είναι φυσιολογικό;

Καλησπέρα σας είναι φυσιολογικό να αυξηθεί η κρεατινινη λόγω ότι ο εναπομεινας νεφρός θα κάνει λειτουργία για δύο ,θα πρέπει να προσέχετε περισσότερο καλό θα ήταν να επισκεφτείτε ενα νεφρολόγο ώστε να σας δώσει οδηγίες για προστασία νεφρικής λειτουργίας.Όσο αφορά το ουρικό είναι αυξημένο οπότε χρειάζεται να λάβετε διατροφή γιατί αλλιώς θα χρειαστεί να λάβετε αγωγή.Ελπίζω να σας βοήθησα.
