Η κατευθυνόμενη οστική αναγέννηση GBR (Guided Bone Regeneration) είναι μια τεχνική που εφαρμόζουμε στην στοματική κοιλότητα (και σε άλλες περιοχές) όταν θέλουμε την αύξηση του οστού είτε οριζόντια είτε κάθετα με την χρήση οστικών μοσχευματων και ειδικών μεμβρανών από κολλαγόνο. Ο τρόπος της GBR διαφέρει ανάλογα το περιστατικό.
