Αλλαγή αντιβίωσης για ωτίτιδα σε παιδί με νέα συμπτώματα;
Ο γιος μου 10 ετών διαγνώστηκε με ωτίτιδα πριν 5 μέρες. Είχε μόνο πόνο στο αυτί. Ξεκίνησε αντιβίωση augmentin και dexaris. Σήμερα ξαφνικά εμφάνισε βήχα, πονοκέφαλο, πόνο στα πόδια κ πυρετό 38,8. Με algofren αμέσως έπεσε ευτυχώς αλλά όχι ο πόνος στο κεφάλι κ τα πόδια. Θέλει αλλαγή αντιβίωσης; ανησυχώ

Κάνετε ένα τεστ Γρίπης. Δε χρειάζεται αλλαγή αντιβίωσης. Πιθανόν ξεκίνησε κάτι καινούριο. Πιθανολογώ είναι μυαλγίες και συμπτώματα γριπωδους συνδρομής.

Αν συνεχιστεί ο πυρετός, εξέταση από Παιδιατρο. Κατά πάσα πιθανότητα τα συμπτώματα είναι από καινούργια λοίμωξη, πιθανώς ίωση.
