Έχω οστικά οιδήματα στον άκρο πόδα και συνδεσμικές κακώσεις από τροχαίο, τι να κάνω;

Έχω οστικα οιδηματα στον άκρο πόδα κ συνδεσμικες κακώσεις που προκλήθηκαν από τροχαιο.Φανηκε με μαγνητικη 2 μήνες επειτα καθώς η ακτινογραφια δεν έδειχνε κάτι.Εχω κάνει κάποιες φυσικοθεραπειες,φοράω επιστραγαλιδα όταν κινούμαι,εφαρμόζω παγο ανά διαστήματα,όμως ο πόνος όσο περνάει η μέρα αυξάνεται και δυσκολεύομαι στο περπάτημα.. κουτσαινω δλδ.Να συνεχίσω με φυσικοθεραπειες,υπάρχει κάτι που μπορώ να κάνω επιπλέον ώστε να περάσει πιο γρήγορα όλο αυτό;
