Θεραπεία για οστεοπόρωση στη μέση και πόνους σε ηλικία 72 ετών;

Είμαι 72 ετών διαγνώστικα με οστεοπόρωση στην μέση μου T score 01-04. -4,0 δεν έχω πάθει ποτέ κάταγμα και οι εξετάσεις αίματος είναι άριστες, με πονάει όμως η μέση μου. Τι θεραπεία χρειάζεται. Ευχαριστώ

  • Η οσφυαλγια δεν ειναι απαραιτητο να σχετιζεται αμεσα με την οστεοπορωση, θα ηταν χρησιμο να σας εξετασει ενας ορθοπεδικος καθως μια σωστη διαγνωση μπορει να οδηγησει σε σωστη αντιμετωπιση.
