Προεμμηνόπαυση, οστεοπόρωση, θεραπεία με fosavance, επανεξέταση;
Καλησπέρα, είμαι 50 ετών, βρίσκομαι σε προεμμηνόπαυση και διαγνώστηκα πριν λίγες μέρες με οστεοπόρωση (-2 και -2,7) στη μέση. Μου προτάθηκε η prolia από τον ορθοπεδικό αλλά τελικά επειδή ήμουν διστακτική για την ενέσιμη μορφή, ξεκίνησα τη θεραπεία με τα fosavance. Θα ήθελα τη γνώμη σας, επίσης σκέφτομαι να κάνω επανάληψη της εξέτασης μιας και είχα πάρει πριν 2 μήνες κορτιζόνη για 12 μέρες και φοβάμαι μήπως επηρέασε το αποτέλεσμα.

Η κορτιζονη σε τόσο μικρή χορήγηση είναι σχετικά απίθανο να έχει επηρεάσει.
Επανάληψη της εξέτασης να κάνετε σε ένα έτος για να δείτε την πρόοδο της θεραπείας.
