Πότε να ξεκινήσω διφωσφονικά μετά από ακροριζεκτομή λόγω οστεονέκρωσης;

Έχω κάνει λόγω οστεονέκρωσης δύο χρόνια προλία. Η επόμενη δόση θα ήταν στις 12 Δεκεμβρίου, σύντομα δηλαδή όμως μου την έκοψαν επειδή δεν έχω πλέον οστεοπόρωση. Μου είπαν ότι ξεκινώ διφωσφονικά άμεσα όμως πρέπει να κάνω ακροριζεκτομή στις εφτά Ιανουαρίου. Πότε θα είναι ασφαλές να ξεκινήσω διφωσφονικά; Θα είμαι ασφαλής από κατάγματα έως τότε;
