Πονακια στα κόκκαλα μετά από εφάπαξ δόση Actonel 35mg: Θετικό ή αρνητικό σημάδι;

Καλησπέρα παίρνω μια φορά την εβδομάδα actonel των 35 έχω παρατηρήσει ότι κατά τη διάρκεια της ίδιας μετά μπορεί να έχω πονακια στα κόκκαλα σε κάποια σημεία πχ στο αγκώνα την άλλη μέρα μπορεί να μην πονάω αυτη η ένδειξη είναι κάτι θετικό η αρνητικό;
