Παρενέργειες της Prolia σε εξάμηνη θεραπεία για οστεοπόρωση;

Έχω οστεοπόρωση και σκέφτομαι να αρχίσω θεραπεία. Σχετικά με την prolia που γίνεται 1 φορά στο εξάμηνο, θέλω να ρωτήσω στην περίπτωση που υπάρχουν άμεσες παρενέργειες θα τις έχω για 1 εξάμηνο , όσο δηλαδή θα δρα το φάρμακο;
