Παρενέργειες Prolia και διακοπή θεραπείας σε οστεοπόρωση 60 ετών
Καλημέρα σας. Είμαι 60 χρονών και έχω οστεοπόρωση . Είχα ξεκινήσει θεραπεία με χάπια τα οποία με πείραζαν και τα σταμάτησα , στη συνέχεια έπαθα ένα κάταγμα στο χέρι και τελικά ο γιατρός μου με έβαλε σε αγωγή για δυο χρόνια με το forsteo. Η αγωγή τελείωσε πριν 3 μήνες περίπου τα αποτελέσματα ήταν ικανοποιητικά και προκειμένου να κρατήσουμε τα αποτελέσματα μου χορήγησε την ένεση prolia ανά εξάμηνο . Το ερώτημα μου είναι ότι με φοβίζουν οι παρενέργειες του και ιδίως οι επεμβάσεις στα δόντια που σίγουρα θα χρειαστούν στη πορεία της ζωής μου και επίσης το πως θα μπορέσω να σταματήσω τη θεραπεία prolia χωρίς επιπλοκές.

Δε χρειάζεται να ανησυχείτε για τα δόντια , η ανεπιθύμητη ενέργεια που αφορά τη γνάθο είναι σπάνια κ δεν πυροδοτείται από απλές οδοντιατρικές πράξεις
Όταν έρθει η ώρα να σταματήσετε τη θεραπεία (μπορείτε να λάβετε το φάρμακο έως και για 15 έτη) θα σας δοθούν οι κατάλληλες οδηγίες διακοπης
