Παίρνω bondamax για την οστεοπόρωση εδώ και 21μηνες και ακολουθώ κατά γράμμα τις οδηγίες. Τις τελευταίες δυο φορες με ενοχλεί στο στομάχι είναι φυσιολογικό? Επίσης ήμουν στο όριο της οστεοπενιας με οστεοπόρωση θεωρείται σωστό να το σταματήσω στα δυό χρόνια? Ευχαριστώ
