Οστεοπόρωση, Prolia, Natecan D3 και Σύνδρομο Ευερέθιστου Εντέρου προβλήματα;

Έχω οστεοπόρωση με score-2,8 ο γιατρός μου συνέστησε prolia και natecan d3,λόγω του ότι έχω και το Σύνδρομο ευερεθιστου εντέρου θεωρείται ότι θα υπάρξει πρόβλημα? Να σημειωθεί ότι είμαι 50 ετών και η περίοδος δεν έχει σταματήσει εντελώς αλλά έρχεται με συχνότητα 50 ημερών. Παρακαλώ για την βοήθεια σας!!! Ευχαριστώ
