Οστεογένεση Evenity για κάταγμα σπονδύλου και οστικό οίδημα - Δήμητρα, 77 ετών
Γεια σας. Είμαι η Δήμητρα 77 ετων και θα ήθελα να ρωτήσω κάποιον ορθοπεδικό σχετικά με την ένεση οστεογέννεσης Evenity . Εγω κάταγμα στην σπονδυλική μου στήλη εδω και ενα έτος . Συγκεκριμένα << οστικό οίδημα και κάταγμα του 01 σπονδύλου με εντονότατη ελάτωση του ύψους του σώματός του, σχεδόν εξάλειψη σπονδύλου>> σύμφωνα με την μαγνητική . Εχω ταλαιπορηθεί αφάνταστα. Η τελευταία μου ελπίδα ήταν η θεραπεία με την συγκεκριμένη ένεση αλλά λόγω των αποτελεσμάτων της οστεομέτρησης , ( έχω DEXA -2% αντί για -2,5 % ) και δεν μπορώ καν να κανω αίτηση στον εοππύ . Η μαγνητική δεν μετράει .? Παρακαλώ ας βοηθήσει κάποιος γιατρός . Τι πρέπει να κάνω ? Ευχαριστώ

Ειναι συγκεκριμενο πρωτοκολλο και υποβαλλεται η αιτηση ηλεκτρονικα.Το Τ σκορ ειναι μια παραμετρος αλλα ειναι και το σπονδυλικο καταγμα,η αποτυχια προηγουμενης θεραπειας κλπ.Μερικες φορες η αιτηση γινεται 2 και 3 φορες και τελικα εγκρινεται.

Επίσης ενώ πράγματι μπορεί να μην πληρούνται οι προαπαιτούμενες ενδείξεις , ο γιατρός σας με μια γνωμάτευση όπου εξηγεί το πρόβλημα μπορεί να κάνει το αίτημα ούτως η άλλως
