Πότε να κάνω την ένεση Prolia μετά από εξαγωγή δοντιού για να αποφύγω νέκρωση γνάθου;
Καλημέρα σας. Έχω διαγνωσμένη οστεοπόρωση. Πριν 40 Χρόνια αφήρεσα το θυρεοειδη και 2-3 παραθυροειδεις.Εδω και αρκετά χρόνια παίρνω prolia με αναμφίβολα αποτελέσματα. Στις 9/5/24 έπρεπε να κάνω τη 6μηνη ένεση της prolia.Προέκυψε όμως ένα απόστημα στο δόντι μου και έγινε εξαγωγή στις 16/7/24 .Ο γναθ/γός μου είπε ο,τι δεν πρέπει να κάνω prolia για 2-3 μήνες γιατί κινδυνεύω από νέκρωση της γνάθου. Ο ενδοκ/γος λέει ο,τι μετά από 1 μήνα από την εξαγωγή μπορώ να κάνω την ένεση. Ποια είναι η γνώμη σας, πότε μπορώ να κάνω την ένεση για ν αποφύγω τα κατάγματα ή τη νέκρωση της γνάθου. Επίσης έχω πόνους οστικούς που μου καταστρέφουν τη ποιότητα ζωής. Δημιουργεί η prolia, μυοσκελετκούς πόνους και αν ναι με τι θα μπορούσα να την αντικατασήσω; Παίρνω επίσης και Ideos μασώμενο.Είμαι 69 ετών. Σας ευχαριστώ θερμά.

Δεν έχω σαν γνώση ότι το prolia κάνει οστεονεκρωση.Τέτοια επιπλοκή κάνουν τα διφωσφωνικα μετά από λήψη 7 ως 10 ετών.Επίσης δεν έχω ασθενείς μου που περνούν prolix να μου παραπονούνται για πόνους.Κάτι άλλο συμβαινει
