Είναι σωστή η αγωγή με Binosto και Calciform D3 για οστεοπενία και κάταγμα;
Είμαι 68 ετών γυναίκα.. Οι μετρήσεις μου δείχνουν για 3 συνεχή χρονιά οστεοπενία.. Ωστόσο διαγνώστηκε κάταγμα σε σπόνδυλο.... και μου συστήθηκε αγωγή με Binosto και Calciform D3. Καλώς;;;;

Καλησπέρα σας. Ακόμα κι αν η μέτρηση οστικής πυκνότητας (DEXA) δείχνει οστεοπενία και όχι οστεοπόρωση, το γεγονός ότι προέκυψε κάταγμα χαμηλής ενέργειας (δηλαδή χωρίς σημαντικό τραυματισμό) αντιμετωπίζεται σαν εγκατεστημένη οστεοπόρωση από τις διεθνείς κατευθυντήριες οδηγίες (π.χ. WHO, NOF, ESCEO).
Είναι απολύτως ενδεδειγμένη στην περίπτωσή σας, εφόσον υπάρχει κάταγμα και οστεοπενία.
Το Binosto έχει καλή απορρόφηση και είναι πιο ανεκτό από τα κλασικά δισκία αλενδρονικού.
Η βιταμίνη D και το ασβέστιο βοηθούν στη δράση του Binosto και υποστηρίζουν την οστική αναδόμηση.
