Είναι εντάξει να πάρω το Binosto μετά τον καφέ το πρωί; Για πόσο διάστημα;
Αν το πρωί πιω πρώτα καφέ και μετά πάρω το Binosto και για μια ώρα δεν φάω ούτε πιω κάτι άλλο είναι εντάξει;; επίσης για πόσο χρονικό διάστημα πρέπει να παίρνω το Binosto;;

Το αλενδρονικό οξύ (Binostro)πρέπει να λαμβάνεται νηστικός μόλις ξυπνήσετε με ένα ποτήρι σκέτο νερό (ούτε καφές, χυμός ή γάλα , ούτε ανθρακούχο νερό).Θα πρέπει να υπάρχει απόσταση 30–60 λεπτά πριν από οποιοδήποτε φαγητό, ρόφημα ή άλλο φάρμακο.Μετά τη λήψη, να παραμείνετε όρθια για τουλάχιστον 30 λεπτά.Η διάρκεια της θεραπείας εξαρτάται από την πάθηση και την ανταπόκριση στη θεραπεία . Συνηθέστερα η διάρκεια της θεραπείας ειναι περίπου 3–5 χρόνια, αλλά μόνο ο θεράπων ιατρός καθορίζει πότε πρέπει να διακοπεί ή να γίνει επανεκτίμηση.
