Είμαι 58 ετών και διαγνώστηκα με αρχόμενη οστεοπόρωση στη μέση. Επίσης πάσχω από Χασιμότο. Οι αιματολογικές μου είναι καλές με σχετικά χαμηλή φερριτίνη. Φοβάμαι τα φάρμακα για την οστεοπόρωση σχετικά με τις παρενέργειες, κυρίως αυτήν της οστεονέκρωσης. Είναι μονόδρομος?
