Απόφαση διακοπής Prolia μετά από μία ένεση σε 55 με οστεοπόρωση (-2.9) κι επιπτώσεις;
Είμαι 55 χρονών, έχω οστεοπόρωση (-2,9 στο ισχύο) και έκανα μια ένεση prolia πριν 15 μέρες. Δε θέλω να συνεχίσω τη θεραπεία. Αυτό θα έχει επίπτωση στην πορεία της οστεοπόρωσης ή κάποια άλλη επίπτωση; Μου έδωσαν την πληροφορία ότι εάν σταματήσω τη θεραπεία θα έχω επιτάχυνση του ρυθμού απώλειας, ισχύει;;

Ισχύει. Συμβουλευτείτε έναν ενδοκρινολόγο, υπάρχουν κι άλλες θεραπείες για την οστεοπόρωση πέραν του αναφερομένου φαρμάκου.

Ναι ισχύει.
Βέβαια αυτό ισχύει όταν διακοπεί η θεραπεία αιφνίδια μετά από κάποιες δόσεις φαρμάκου κ όχι με τη μία ένεση
Ωστόσο όπως κ να έχει, μ αυτή τη μέτρηση πρέπει να πάρετε φάρμακα (διφωσφονικα είναι η άλλη επιλογή σας) τα οποία είναι τα ίδια που προτείνονται κ μετά τη διακοπή της Prolia
Άρα μην ανησυχείτε, η επιλογή είναι απλή , συνεχίζετε με διφωσφονικα
