Καλημέρα σας. Έπαθα μια μικρή γρατζουνιά από αδέσποτο γατάκι. Το καθάρισα με σαπούνι και νερό και έβαλα οξυζενέ. Χρειάζεται να απευθυνθώ σε γιατρό για αντιτετανικό; Ο τελευταίος εμβολιασμός μου ήταν όταν ήμουν παιδί (πάνω από 15 χρόνια). Ευχαριστώ!

Καλημέρα σας. Το εμβόλιο είναι προληπτικό μέτρο. Ο αντιτετανικός ορός γίνεται τις πρώτες 24 ώρες (παρέχοντας στον οργανισμό έτοιμα αντισώματα) εφόσον το τραύμα είναι μεγάλο και ρυπαρό (βρώμικο) και δεν υπάρχει γνωστό ιστορικό εμβολίου. Παρόλα αυτά θα πρέπει να προγραμματίσετε τον εμβολιασμό σας έναντι του τετάνου στα πλαίσια της πρόληψης.
