Πήρα 2 algofren 600 σε μισή ώρα με στρεπτόκοκκο - Παρενέργειες;

Έχω στρεπτόκοκκο και ο γιατρός μου συνέστησε να παίρνω 1 algofren 600 πρωί βράδυ γιατί πονάω υπερβολικά στο λαιμό. Πήρα κατά λάθος 2 algofren σε απόσταση μισής ώρας. Θα έχω κάποια παρενέργεια;
