Είναι ασφαλές το claripen 3ml για παιδί 3 ετών με κοιλιακό πόνο;

Καλησπέρα, το παιδί μου παίρνει claripen, είναι 3 χρονών και παίρνουμε 3ml, δεν ξέρω αν είναι πολύ για τα κιλά της, αλλά παραπονιέται ότι πονάει η κοιλιά της ή το στομάχι της δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω!
