Ανησυχία για ίχνη αιμοσφαιρίνης σε γενική ούρων 14χρονου αγοριού;

Αγόρι 14 ετών. Γενική αίματος, βιταμίνες, βιοχημικές, θυρεοειδής όλες φυσιολογικές. Γενική ούρων όλα φυσιολογικά με ίχνη αιμοσφαιρίνης χωρίς ερυθρά αιμοσφαίρια. Κλινική εικόνα χωρίς προβλήματα. Το μικροβιολογικό μου είπε όλα καλά. Ανησυχώ;
