Πονοκέφαλος και μαγνητική: αραχνοειδής κύστη, φλεβώδες αγγείωμα, αλλοίωση
Έκανα μαγνητική στο κεφάλι και γράφει τα εξής. Παρουσία δομής με απεικονιστικά χαρακτηριστικά ως επί συγγενούς αιτιολογίας αραχνοειδούς κύστεως, δομή ως επί συγγενούς αγγειακής διαταραχής τύπου του φλεβώδους αγγειώματος, εστιακή αλλοίωση παθολογικού μαγνητικού σήματος του εγκεφαλικού παρεγχύματος δεξιά μετωποκροταφικά. Έχω σχεδόν σε καθημερινή βάση πονοκέφαλο δεν με βοηθάει κανένα παυσίπονο, εδώ που είμαι δεν υπάρχει γιατρός νευροχειρουργός και είπα να στείλω εδώ μπας και με φωτίσει κάποιος.

Αυτά που αναφέρετε δεν δικαιολογούν πονοκέφαλο. Καλό θα ήταν να στείλετε την μαγνητική (τις εικόνες) σε κάποιον νευροχειρουργό για να τις δει σε πρώτη φάση, αλλά είναι απίθανο να οφείλεται ο πονοκέφαλος σε κάποιο από αυτά τα δύο ευρήματα που αναφέρονται.

Από εκεί και πέρα, θα πρέπει να επικοινωνήσετε με έναν Νευροχειρούργο, να κανονίσετε κανονικά μια επίσκεψη εξ αποστάσεως (εφοσον το δεχτεί) και να σας κατευθύνει. Στη συνέχεια ίίσως χρειαστεί να σας δει και Νευρολόγος. Γενικά μην μεταφέρετε γνωματεύσεις από γιατρό σε γιατρό, ρωτώντας με βάση τη γνωμάτευση, χωρίς να σας έχει δει και να ξέρει το ιστορικό σας.
