Μπορεί 3tesla μαγνητική χωρίς σκιαγραφικό να δείξει θήλωμα εγκεφάλου;
Έκανα μαγνητική εγκεφάλου, και γράφει ασύμμετρη απεικόνιση των χοριοειδών πλεγμάτων πλαγίων κοιλιών, με περιορισμό διάχυσης..... Συνιστάται επανέλεγχος με σκιαγραφικό για τυχόν υποκείμενο θηλώματος..... Αν κάνω σε 3tesla μαγνητικό τομογράφο, τον επανέλεγχο, χωρίς σκιαγραφικό, θα μπορέσει να φανεί το πιθανόν θηλώματος;; δεν θέλω το σκιαγραφικό!!

Ένα χαρακτηριστικό των θηλωμάτων είναι η υψηλή πρόσληψη σκιαγραφικού. Αυτό δεν υποκαθίσταται από τη βελτίωση της ισχύος του μαγνητικού τομογράφου.

Όχι, η καλύτερη ανάλυση δεν υποκαθιστά σε καμία περίπτωση το σκιαγραφικό. Καλό θα ήταν να συζητήσετε με κάποιον ακτινολόγο για το σκιαγραφικό γιατί θα διαπιστώσετε ότι μάλλον δεν υπάρχει λόγος να μην το θέλετε..
