Προβλήματα Prolia με οδοντικά εμφυτεύματα στην κάτω γνάθο;
Καλησπέρα σας. Τον Ιούλιο, έκανα για πρώτη φορά, την Prolia. Δύο χρόνια πριν (2023) είχα προβεί σε τοποθέτηση δύο οδοντικών εμφυτευμάτων στην κάτω γνάθο, στα οποία στηρίζεται κινητή τεχνητή οδοντοστοιχία. Μπορώ να συνεχίσω την Prolia ή θα υπάρξει πρόβλημα με τα εμφυτεύματα; Ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων!

Λογικα μπορειτε γιατι το φαρμακο αυτο επηρεαζει τον οργανισμο κατα τη διαρκεια της οστεοενσωματωσης κ οχι τωρα.δηλαδη οταν τοποθετειται το εμφυτευμα.τετοια θεματα ομως ειναι καλυτερα να τα συζητησετε πρωτα με τον παθολογο σας.

Αν ο γιατρός σας θεωρεί απαραίτητη την χορήγηση του Prolia ,όσον αφορά τα εμφυτεύματα, καλό θα ήταν να κάνατε επανεξετάσεις 2 φορές το χρόνο για τυχών περιεμφυτευματικές αλλοιώσεις

Εφόσον ξεκινήσατε την Prolia μετά την τοποθέτηση των εμφ/των δεν θα έχετε θέμα

ΣυνεχιΖετε κανονικά
Το θέμα με ΟΛΑ τα φάρμακα της οστεοπόρωσης είναι ότι έχουν μια σπάνια ανεπιθύμητη ενέργεια σχετιζόμενη με τη γνάθο
Δεν προκαλούν προβλήματα γενικώς στα εμφυτεύματα
