Πόνος στο αυτί μετά από οδοντικό εμφύτευμα: είναι νευρολογικό ζήτημα;
Καλησπέρα.. έχω βάλει εμφύτευμα στην άνω γνάθο και πέντε μέρες μετά που μου έβαλε την θήκη. Με άρχισε πόνος στο αυτί, πήγα και δεν είδε κάτι και μου έβγαλε την θήκη για ένα μήνα. Σε δύο μέρες έφυγε η ενόχληση στο αυτί, μου την έκανε τοποθέτηση πάλι και μετά από πέντε μέρες πάλι τα ίδια. Μου είπε να πάω σε νευρολόγο είπε ότι επηρεάζει κάποιο νεύρο. Μπορεί να ισχύει αυτό που λέει. Ή απλά να φύγει από πάνω του η ευθύνη;

Καλημέρα σας! Η ασφαλής απόσταση ενός εμφυτεύματος από το νεύρο είναι 2,5-3 εκατοστά. Όσο πιο κοντά πάμε στο νεύρο τόσο περισσότερο αυξάνεται η πιθανότητα ενόχλησης. Εφόσον αναφέρετε ότι η ενόχληση έρχεται αφού μπει η θήκη, τότε καλό είναι να βγει λιγάκι εκτός σύγκλισης για να μην το σφίγγετε στην μάσηση. Μπορείτε να κάνετε μια ακτινογραφία CBCT για επιβεβαίωση απουσίας παθολογικής αιτίας.
