Γιατί δεν μπορεί να γίνει ταυτόχρονα ανάπλαση οστού και ανύψωση ιγμορίου;

Γεια σας . Έκανα προχθές επέμβαση ανάπλασης οστού στην άνω γνάθο. Νόμιζα ότι θα κάνω και ανύψωση ιγμοριου αλλά ο γιατρός είπε ότι δεν μπορούν αυτά τα δύο να γίνουν μαζι. Γιατί ; Θα ήθελα απαντήσεις. Επίσης τ πρέπει να προσέξω από εδώ και πέρα; Γυμναστική επιτρέπεται; Πόσο καιρό θα πάρει για να επουλωθεί η περιοχή; Ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων για τις απαντήσεις σας
