Εμφυτεύματα άνω γνάθου με μόσχευμα και τεχνητή οδοντοστοιχία: συμβουλές;
Καλησπέρα σας ο μπαμπάς μου εδώ και 3 μήνες έχει τοποθετήσει εμφυτεύματα στην άνω γνάθο όπου στο ένα χρειάστηκε και μόσχευμα! Έχει τεχνητή οδοντοστοιχία.. και σήμερα έκανε την χειρουργική από κάλυψη που στα 2 από τα 4 του έβαλαν βίδα επούλωσης! Στα άλλα 2 στο ένα δεν του έβαλαν γιατί θα έβρισκε στην οδοντοστοιχία και στο άλλο επειδή είχε κινητικότητα λόγω πίεσης που ασκούσε η οδοντοστοιχία στο εμφύτευμα! Ποια είναι η άποψή σας; Σας ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων

Πολύ σωστά το χειρίστηκαν το θέμα των εμφυτευμάτων όταν πήγαινα φύτευμα και ασκούνται δυνάμεις από την οδοντοστοιχία για παράδειγμα τότε δεν το αφήνει να συσσωματωθεί στο κόκκαλο θα σας πούνε την συνέχεια στο ιατρείο που έχει βάλει τα εμφυτεύματα

Δεν γίνεται αποκάλυψη χωρίς βίδα επούλωσης. Κάτι δεν εχετε καταλάβει σωστά.

Δεν είναι απαραίτητα κακό,όλα θα κριθούν όταν τοποθετηθεί η μόνιμη προσθετική αποκατάσταση .

Στην αποκάλυψη πάντα βάζουμε βίδα επούλωσης σε ΟΛΑ τα εμφ/τα.Η οδοντ/χια δεν δημιουργεί σε καμμια περίπτωση κινητικότητα στο εμφ/μα
