Ανατάταξη με άξονα δεν κράτησε, δόντι κουνιέται, εμφύτευμα πονάει;
Έχω κάνει ανατάταξη με άξονα αλλά δεν έχει κρατήσει. Μου κουνιέται το δόντι. Ποια είναι η διαδικασία που πρέπει να γίνει; Θα πονέσω αν βάλω εμφύτευμα;

Κανονικα θα πρεπει να γινει παλι απο την αρχη.εμφυτευμα ειναι λογικο να μπει εφοσον εχουμε εξαντλησει ολες τις πιθανοτητες να διατηρηθει το δοντι στο στομα.

Εαν επιλέξετε να εξάγετε το δόντι , προτείνω (μετα απο μια μεγάλη εμπειρία που με τον τρόπο αυτο πάνε πολυ καλα) να περιμένετε 3 μηνες μετά την εξαγωγη και μετά να ρποσωρήσετε στην τοποθέτηση του εμφυτεύματος. Η διαδικασία του εμφυτεύματος όταν γίνεται απο χειρουργούς με γνώση στο αντικείμενο δεν πονάει καθόλου.

Εξαρτάται από την κατάσταση του δοντιού, πρέπει να γίνει σωστά η ανασύσταση του δοντιού.
