Υπάρχει πιο ήπια θεραπεία για νόσο του Crohn με αγχώδεις διαταραχές;
Μόλις διαγνώστηκα με νόσο του Crohn που έχει επηρεάσει το λεπτό έντερο και το στομάχι. Επί έναν χρόνο δεν έβρισκα τι είχα καθώς είχα εμφανίσει απλά πολύ μεγάλη πτώση σιδήρου & απώλεια βάρους. Δυστυχώς εμένα ο Crohn με έχει κάνει μέχρι στιγμής μη λειτουργική, καθώς αντιμετωπίζω και αγχώδεις διαταραχές και παρελθοντικά είχα προβλήματα κατάθλιψης. Το φάρμακο που μου έδωσαν είναι το Budenofalk και διάβασα στις παρενέργειες ότι προκαλεί άγχος, καταθλιπτικά σημάδια & εκνευρισμό. Γνωρίζω ότι είναι μονόδρομος η κορτιζόνη καθώς έχανα πολύ αίμα και έχω τρομακτικές διάρροιες αλλά υπάρχει κάτι πιο ήπιο ώστε να μην υποβάλλω το σώμα μου σε τέτοιες πιθανές παρενέργειες; Σας ευχαριστώ

Καλησπέρα σας.
Πιο ήπιο σκεύασμα κορτιζόνης από το Budenofalk δεν υπάρχει.
Εκτος αν δωθεί άλλου είδους αγωγή.
Οι παρενέργειες του Budenofalk πάντως είναι πιο ήπιες από ότι της κλασικής κορτιζόνης.

Αν διαγνωσθήκατε με Crohn και η διάγνωση είναι σίγουρη τότε λυπάμαι, αλλά το Budenofalk θα το πάρετε για λίγο διάστημα (δεν δίνουμε κορτιζόνη για μεγάλα διαστήματα) και εν συνεχεία θα γυρίσετε σε άλλα φάρμακα (βιολογικούς παράγοντες).
