Ποιες εξειδικευμένες εξετάσεις συνιστώνται για νόσο του Krohn με κόπωση και πόνους;

Διαγνωστικά με νόσο Krohn, ο γαστρεντερολογος μου είπε πως πρέπει να περιμένουμε 3 μήνες και μετά να κάνουμε εξετάσεις αίματος, έχω γενικά κόπωση, δύσκολη πέψη, πόνους στους μύες, αϋπνία, δυσκολία στην αναπνοή, παρόλα αυτά οι αιματολογικές για ρευματοειδή αρθρίτιδα βγήκανε καλές, υπάρχουν και ποιο εξειδικευμένες εξετάσεις για να δούμε αν το πρόβλημα έχει επηρεάσει κάπου αλλού;
