Νόσος Crohn entyvio

Είναι ανησυχητικές οι τιμές ALP και SGPT/ALT σε ασθενή με νόσο Crohn;

Καλησπέρα σας: Έκανα σήμερα εξετάσεις αίματος και οι τιμές στις γενικές εξετάσεις ήταν εντός των ορίων. Στις βιοχημικές έχω SGOT/AST: 31 U/L, γ-GT: 17 U/L, αλλά ALP: 44 U/L εκτός ορίων και SGPT/ALT: 50 U/L εκτός ορίων. Έχω δηλαδή δύο τιμές αναφοράς εκτός ορίων. Είναι ανησυχητικό; Κρίνονται ως λογικές τιμές: Παίρνω entyvio για νόσο Crohn.
