Χρειάζεται διερεύνηση για αιμοσφαιρίνη στα ούρα με ιστορικό Hashimoto και πρόπτωση;
Καλησπέρα. Η εξέταση ούρων μου το 2025 έδειξε ίχνη αιμοσφαιρίνης στα ούρα και ήταν κάπως θολά. Όμως τόσο ο υπέρηχος νεφρών, ουρητήρων κ ουροδόχου κύστης ήταν εντάξει και η καλλιέργεια επίσης ήταν εντάξει. Το 2023 που είχα κάνει πάλι, είχε δείξει αιμοσφαιρίνη + (ένα σταυρό) αλλά τότε ο παθολόγος είχε πει πως δεν σημαίνει τίποτα και δεν το είχα ψάξει. Έχω Hashimoto και πρόπτωση μητροειδούς βαλβίδας, αν αυτό σημαίνει οτιδήποτε και επιπλέον πάντα είχα χαμηλά ερυθρά αιμοσφαίρια (επίσης κουράζομαι εύκολα, έχω ταχυπαλμίες, κιτρινωπό δέρμα) κτλ. Στίγμα μεσογειακής αναιμίας δεν έχω απ'όσο γνωρίζω. Χρειάζεται περισσότερη διερεύνηση?

Καλησπέρα σας,από την στιγμή που το εύρημα επιμένει δηλαδή ένα σταυρό αίμα στα ούρα καλό θα ήταν αρχικά να αποκλειστεί η σπειραματικη συμμετοχή οπότε αρχικά επισκεφτείτε νεφρολόγο για να ελεγχθεί το είδος των ερυθρών στα ούρα και αν δεν είναι σπειραματικα τότε θα απευθυνθείτε σε ουρολόγο.
