Χαμηλή λειτουργία νεφρού 15%: Πότε απαιτείται χειρουργική αφαίρεση;

Καλησπέρα σας, όταν ένα νεφρό έχει χαμηλή λειτουργία πχ 15% απο παραθυροειδης αδένες και πέτρες που το έχουν βλάψει, θα πρέπει κάποια στιγμή, όταν θα σταματήσει εντελώς να λειτουργεί, να αφαιρεθεί με επέμβαση? υπάρχει κίνδυνος συψαιμίας ή καποιος άλλος κίνδυνος? Ευχαριστώ πολύ!

  • Καλησπέρα σας, δεν χρειάζεται να αφαιρεθεί δεν σαπίζει το όργανο.θα παραμένει στην θέση του και ο άλλος νεφρος θα κάνει την δουλειά και τον δύο. Ευχαριστώ πολύ.
