Το forxiga αυξάνει την κρεατινίνη σε IGA σπειραματονεφρίτιδα;
Καλησπέρα, έχω σπειραματονεφρίτιδα iga και κοντεύω τα 10 χρόνια τώρα που η κατάσταση είναι σταθερή δηλαδή η κρεατινίνη μεταξύ 1.7-1.85, η ουρία 57 και ουρικό οξύ στα όρια, είμαι 47 ετών , πριν 2 μήνες μου πρότειναν να πάρω το forxiga 10mg κάθε ημέρα, σήμερα που έκανα εξετάσεις η κρεατινίνη είχε πάει 1.95 μήπως οφείλεται στο forxiga??επίσης ήθελα να ρωτήσω εάν η iga σπειραματονεφρίτιδα καταλήγει πάντα σε αιμοκάθαρση??ευχαριστώ πολυ

Καλησπέρα σας,αρχικά θα ήθελα να σας πω ότι το Forxiga είναι φάρμακο που το χρησιμοποιούν για νεφροπροστασια.Δευτερευόντως στην IgA σπειραματονεφριτιδα ενα 20-40%σε διάστημα πάνω από 20ετη θα καταλήξει σε αιμοκάθαρση,εξαρτάται αν είναι ήπια μορφή ή με χαρακτήρα προοδευτικό.
Για να προσέχετε τους νεφρούς σας χρειάζεται να πίνετε αρκετό νερό για μην αφυδατώνεστε και έτσι επιδεινώνεται την νεφρική λειτουργία σας το 57 ουρία δεν είναι άσχημο αλλά δείχνει ότι δεν είστε λάτρης του νερού.Να προσέχετε για να πάνε όλα καλά.Καλή συνέχεια και ευχαριστώ πολύ.
