Τι να κάνω για κύστεις νεφρών και υψηλό κάλιο σε ηλικία 72 ετών;
Καλημέρα σας. Είμαι άνδρας 72 ετών, 77 κιλών. Στις τελευταίες εξετάσεις μου μετρήθηκε Κάλιο 5,5, Κρεατινίνη 1,16, GFR 67 και στον υπέρηχο ανευρέθησαν 2 κύστεις στον Δεξιό νεφρό διαμέτρου 4 εκατοστών και 1 στον Αριστερό νεφρό διαμέτρου 2,5 εκατ και άλλες μικρότερες. Τι νομίζετε ότι πρέπει να κάνω;

Καλησπέρα σας,από την μέτρηση GFR έχετε έκπτωση νεφρική λειτουργίας αλλά για να δούμε αν έχετε νεφρική ανεπάρκεια χρειάζεται να γνωρίζω αν συνυπάρχει και αναιμία και για το κάλιο χρειάζεται να γνωρίζω τα φάρμακα που περνετε,γι αυτό χρειάζεται να επισκεφτείτε αρχικά ενα καρδιολόγο για ΗΚΓ και οποιαδήποτε νεφρολόγο για την έκπτωση της νεφρικής λειτουργίας.Καλη συνέχεια και ευχαριστώ πολύ
