Σε νεαρό 25 ετών με 30% λειτουργία νεφρού και στένωση με καθυστέρηση ούρων, είναι μονόδρομος η επέμβ

Καλησπέρα σας. Σε περίπτωση που νεαρός 25 ετών (χωρίς συμπτώματα) εντοπίζει τυχαία από μαγνητική τομογραφία πρόβλημα στον ένα νεφρό (λεπτότητα παρεγχύματος) ο οποίος μετά από σπινθηρογράφημα βρίσκει πρόβλημα λειτουργίας στο 30% με καθυστέρηση ούρων (ακόμη και μετά από lasix) είναι μονόδρομος η επέμβαση για διόρθωση της στένωσης που υπάρχει για τη διάσωση του...? Ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων!!!
