Πόνοι πλευράς και μέσης, αυξημένη κρεατινίνη και χαμηλά ερυθρά αιμοσφαίρια, τι να κάνω;
Καλημέρα.. Είχα πόνους πλευρά, μέση, πλάτη και ο ορθοπεδικός μου σύστησε αντιφλεγμονώδη... ταυτόχρονα έκανα και πέντε ενέσεις βολταρέν.. αποτέλεσμα να ανέβει η κρεατινίνη στο 2 και να πέσουν τα αιμοσφαίρια ερυθρά.. τι κάνω σε αυτήν την περίπτωση..

Πρέπει να μιλήσετε με ον Νεφρολόγο σας. Τα αντιφλεγμονώδη σπάνια κάνουν οξεία νεφρική βλάβη αν δεν προυπάρχει κάποιο πρόβλημα. Επίσης η πτώση του αιματοκρίτη πρέπει να διερευνηθεί μην τυχόν και σχετίζεται με αιμορραγία (για παράδειγμα έχετε μαύρα κόπρανα?)

Καλησπέρα σας αρχικά τι κρεατινινη είχατε πριν και γιατί δεν ενημερώσατε τον Ορθοπεδικό ότι έχετε πρόβλημα με τους νεφρούς σας;Απαγορεύεται να περνετε αντιφλεγμονώδη όπως το voltaren Δεν μπορώ να γνωρίζω τι ζημιά έχει προκληθεί δεν ξέρω το ιστορικό σας επισκεφτείτε άμεσα Νεφρολόγο για να δείτε τι μπορεί να γίνει.Ελπίζω να βοήθησα. Ευχαριστώ πολύ
