Καλησπέρα σας, υπάρχουν τρεις περιπτώσεις που συμβαίνει αυτό
1)Στένωση πυελοουρητηρικης συμβολής 2)Κυστεοουρητηρικη παλινδρόμηση και 3)Υποπλασια ή Δυσπλασία του ενός νεφρού και στις τρεις περιπτώσεις μειώνεται η λειτουργία του ενός νεφρού και αντιρροπιστικα μεγαλώνει ο άλλος για να καλύψει τις ανάγκες λειτουργίας.Πρέπει οπωσδήποτε να σας δει παιδοουρολογος για να γίνουν πολύ βασικές εξετάσεις και άμεση αντιμετώπιση ώστε στο μέλλον να μην υπάρχει κίνδυνος νεφρικής ανεπάρκειας κυρίως στις περιπτώσεις 1 και 2.
