Κρεατινίνη 1.03, ουρία 44 σε άνδρα 53 ετών με διαβήτη: εκτίμηση GFR;
Κρεατινίνη 1.03 σε άνδρα 53 ετών με διαβήτη. Ουρία 44. Πως το κρίνετε; είναι υπέρβαρος. μπορούμε να υπολογίσουμε με αυτά τα στοιχεία τον ρυθμό σπειραματικής διήθησης; παλαιότερα ήταν 75 και η Κρεατινίνη ήταν πιο αυξημένη αλλά παίρνει ένα χάπι και του έπεσε η Κρεατινίνη (θα έχει αυξηθεί ο δείκτης σπειραματικής διήθησης;) Ευχαριστώ πολύ

Καλησπέρα σας,πρέπει να γνωρίζετε ότι η νεφρική λειτουργία όταν βλάπτετε δεν υποστρέφει η βλαβη όμως επειδή ο ασθενής είναι διαβητικός πρέπει να τον παρακολουθεί και νεφρολόγο και επιπλέον επειδή ο διαβήτης έχει επηρεάσει νεφρούς μη ξεχνάτε ότι ο διαβήτης έχει όργανα στόχο μάτια,αγγεία,καρδιά και νεφρούς.πρέπει να ελεγχθεί για να σταματήσει η εξέλιξη χρειάζεται νεφρολόγο τώρα που είναι αρχή.Ελπίζω να σας βοήθησα. Ευχαριστώ πολύ
