έχω ουρία 54 κρεατινίνη 1 ουρικό οξύ 5 τον 10/2024 είχα ουρία 37. έχω πρόβλημα στα νεφρά?

Καλημέρα σας,μου δίνετε ελάχιστα στοιχεία.Δεν γνωρίζω αν έχετε πρόβλημα με τους νεφρούς σας.Σας απαντώ μόνο για την ουρία να πίνετε περισσότερο νερό 2-3λιτρα τώρα το καλοκαίρι και τις άλλες εποχές 2 λίτρα ημερησίως .Όπως και να έχει για τον σωστή παρακολούθηση της υγείας των νεφρών σας είναι να επισκεφτείτε έστω μια φορά ενα νεφρολόγο.Ελπίζω να σας βοήθησα.
